This webcastexamines the importance of protecting the scene, beginning with the first arriving emergency unit and the importance of a "windshield" size-up. Presenter Jack Sullivan will discuss methods for developing an incident action plan and estimating the time required to clear an incident while coordinating with other agencies. This interactive program will discuss the basic decisions responders must while helping address the skills that participants may require additional training with. Live webcast attendees will have the opportunity of ask questions of Jack Sullivan during the presentation on Nov. 4 at 1 p.m. (EST).
